Don't seem to create time for tic tac toe plays. By the time our guys get the puck the other team is already on topening of them. We're really struggling to win puck battles and create space. All around it just feels like they are playing slower than the opponents.

Hey now, expectations in this program are the NCAA tourney every year. Nobody want to miss it. Few years ago we barely made it and still hit the frozen four. Gotta make the tourney, then see what happens.

Argument could be made that jost had a nice freshman year, minus injury, and could still develop. I think boeser could too, but Vancouver may feel different. Hopefully there is a little trust given how Stecher turned out.

He should really stay one more year after this. Finish developing and leave on a good note. The way he is playing he won't be in the nhl next year.

Basically we look like Omaha when they played us. Slow, gliding instead of skating, always behind the play, zero control. We just look slow, lost and bad. Is talent part of it? Sure. But we've had teams ther were short on talent before. This teams lacks energy, motivation, want, heart, and any other intangible. No doubt that. IF this team make the tourney they could surprise some people, BUT at this point, I'd be surprised to see them make the tourney.

Cam alone was not the problem, but he also didnt play well enough to own the net. If you don't have a guy owning the net, then get more guys some gameplay. Otherwise they all look like pee wees.

Team sucks, but I question berry alot this season too. Weird lineup choices. Constantly playing an inconsistentire Cam. Just strange. Cole Smith seem to play harder than most of this lineup.

Wolanin should not see the ice for the rest of the season. Not being sarcastic. He is playin like a 3rd liner in the d2 intramurals.
