Agreed, UND is not where is needs to be in the salary conversation. But it doesn't jump up overnight. Especially with budget issues. Like you said, they'll be fine in the end.

Didn't coaches just get a salary bump? These decisions are not always made purely on a fiscal basis. As others stated, he may have seen more opportunity to move into a coordinator role. Not going to keep all your coaches forever. Some want bigger things. Which, IF UND is happy with their coordinators, won't be changing.

Weber is one of the more tolerant message boards. Pretty nice group of posters. The EWU board does not like us much. Mostly because of travel, which is understandable, but some of it is elitism... would be nice to win the tourney and shut a few people up.

Is there any news on Coe out there? With Pro days coming up, I assume he won't have one of his own, but would he go down for NDSU's pro day? Maybe next spring you could get a UND Pro Day going, between Reyes, Harris, and a few other guys.

Definitely looking forward to moving into the Summit. Watching the Summit tourney compared to the Big Sky tourney, the atmosphere looks awesome! Definitely fun to align with some regional schools. As for the MVFC, I get the concern with scheduling. Maybe they will figure that out by the time UND starts, or soon there after, either with another team coming, or another team leaving. Either way, should make for some fun matchups. Good luck in the tourney (you are a SDSU fan, right?)!

I've been listening on the radio. Sounds like Hollins has been in the mix with some pretty hard fould. I think he threw a hard elbow to Cradall's head too. He was playing like that last week too.
