  1. Anyone remember SCSU last year? Losing record and didn’t make the frozen Faceoff. Things can change quick.
  2. Yeah, it’s called the USHL, AJHL, BCHL and they have already got a few overages coming in.
  3. Doesn’t matter how they played, that has zero impact on teams wanting to sign their draft picks. Gardner may leave too. Guys don’t always have to be a honey candidate to be a flight risk.
  4. It’s not over yet guys. Tough loss, but we were right in it. Need a little help and a good game tomorrow. Similar position to 3 or 4 years ago. Nice to see Cam playing well. If not for him that could have been a blowout.
  5. Horrid power play. I miss guys like Boeser who actually wanted to shoot the puck.
  6. Let’s channel our inner Hakstol-Gopher Game-Timeout right now!
  7. I went to the Target Center once for a game, and it was pretty dull. Hoping for much more excitement this weekend, especially with St Patty's Day. I'm probably only going to go on Saturday, hopefully for the later game!
  8. The real question regarding the Frozen Faceoff is: Will the X be selling green beer on Saturday?
  9. Sure sure, blame me! But Yeah weeks like this I’m just anxious fo hockey to get goin.
  10. nope he didn't want the U, or nope the U wasn't lookin at him?
  11. So long as he bounces back from injury. Which I hope he does. I would hate to see him become RG3 v2.0
  12. Bradford will start (at least until his knee gives out) Case will start Teddy is the question mark (which is why the Vikings are resting all of their hopes on him). Does anyone really want to put all of our hopes on a guy who may not be able to start for the Jets? I hope he finds success, but I didn't completely trust him before his injury, I certainly don't trust him after ...not until he shows otherwise.
  13. Like he was to start the season? Then an injury flares up and he can't play. The Vikings don't want to waste the talent they have up and down the roster on guys that have a HUGE injury risk a the most important position on the field. Good grief, that would be like the Timberwolves hedging their playoff hopes on someone like Derrick Rose .....
  14. Not like he sprained an ankle. He completely blew up his knee. I don't think they wanted to hedge the potential of the franchise over the next several years on the recovery of an injury that doesn't have much precedent. If you're going to go with a one legged QB, at least Bradford has a better throw. Teddy has/had better mobility, though didn't use it all that much. Teddy had a decent season before he got injured, but its not like he was tearing up the conference.
  15. Just need to get there!!! So amped up for this weekend. Hope they don't disappoint.
  16. Anything new on this? When is this decision made?
  17. Agreed, no disrespect to Keenum, he had a great year, and was fun to watch. Guy helped take a team that was staring at more disappointment after injuries into a season to remember (though not as memorable as well all hoped). Seemed like a great guy and team player and hope he has a solid rest of his career. That being said, you can't argue with some of Cousin's numbers, and you're going to plug him into a much better team. He'll have the receivers, the TE, the RB, and hopefully the offensive line. I agree that for $8 million, and with the money the Vikings have to spend, this is a smart move. Very excited for to watch the Vikings next fall!
  18. I assume his brother will have some advice for him regarding the benefits of staying vs going pro. I don't know what that advice will be, whether he would say Colton is ready for the the jump, or that staying for a third year would be highly beneficial, but I'm sure his experiences both at UND and thus far in the pros will play a big part in Colton's decision.
  19. He would still be a free agent after next year correct? Maybe another dominant year could generate a larger/one way contract? Doubt he will look at it that way, and have no clue if that possibility on contract implication is possible, but it would definitely be nice to see the kid back.
  20. Gwoz had to be my favorite opposing coach, especially looking back on it now. Great rivalry with a lot of great moments.
