http://www.mlive.com/broncos/index.ssf/2012/03/wmu_hockey_captain_ian_slater_1.html These guys are pretty cocky for having never won a damn thing in their programs history.

Minor story: I was in Vegas about 4 months ago and the TSA Agent noticed the logo on my shirt and asked me if we figured that "name thing" out yet. Then he used a couple explitives about how dumb it was.
-
So for 2 days while the Bison were in town to play a football game you saw Bison gear. Great example. In a related story: I was in Fresno early last fall and saw a bunch of Sioux gear.

No better way to show the committee how wrong they were than to go out and get rolled in the first round of the NIT, at home.
-
Down by 4 with 20 secs left, they have Huff shoot a 3? The guy who shoots 19%.
-
Oral Roberts had zero chance of getting in the tournament. I don't know where they come up with this stuff, complete lunacy. If Drexel and Mississippi State weren't getting in, neither was Oral Boberts. Also, Oral is a #4 seed in the NIT tourney. That tells me there was 12 teams rated higher than them in the NIT.

Your forums followers made a huge deal out of those 'window dressing' numbers back about 5 years ago when NDSU finally passed UND after 120 years (we are the flagship now, we are the largest in state). Now that it is back to normal you are discounting the way they are calculated?

SDSU comes back to win in OT. Would have been nice to still have Griffin Callahan. He saved their ass in the second half while Wolters was choking. Not impressed with him at all.
-
Over in the Summit, SDSU is choking bigtime. They are getting smothered by Western Illinois.
-
Did anybody see Andy Baggots picks? How bad does he hate UND. At least attempt to be objective.
-
How is NDSU bigger than UND? Another lie along with the Nursing comment.
-
I see that the third best team in the Dakota's just got bounced in the first round of the Summit League tourney, again. I hope Coach Jones can make sure the game continues to be played every year.
-
That is great "hockey-only" take. There are more sports than hockey.
-
So the Native Americans in Fort Totten have more rights and say on UND's campus than the student-athletes and coaches do. The ones who are actually on the campus every single day attending college.
-
...and with that a true coward hides behind a wikipedia quote thinking he is something more than he is. That wiki quote also had nothing to say about reprecussions for trying to be "brave".All you nickname heroes have no comprehension of the collateral damage you are doing. Its all about your myopic, dated point of view.

Oh, and jersey popping is extremely lame.
-
I was just going to say that. Pretty sad when you have to jersey pop at home because there are more Sioux fans than Pioneer's.
-
That last one was really bad by BE. His angle was way off.
-
1. Eidness has to make that save - the guy had to go to that side due to the defender coming from the middle, his hand was forced.. 2. Mattson turns it over and then does not take the penalty to save a goal or at least take stab at the stick. Double F'up on one play.

The worst 5 min major call in the history of hockey.
-
Looks like Denver is trying to be a bunch of tough guys tonight.
-
Who cares. Worry about UND's schedule.
-
The expert has spoken. Our season is laid out for us incase anybody was wondering how it is going to go. Funny how NDSU played two Big Sky teams in the playoffs, two years ago, and now they are experts on style of play, how to beat them, and how to succeed in the league.

POLL: Should UND-NDSU Resume the Football Series?
UND1983 replied to ShilohSioux's topic in Football
You said Mussman and Faison were begging, not fans on a message board. Also, ESPN3 doesn't count for televised games-its the internet...and nobody gets it. -
What Tyrone Grandstrand needs to realize is that the Alerus Center, in 2001 when the building was built, agreed to install new turf after 10 years on their own dime. They failed to meet that deadline last year (2011) because of incompetent management. So instead of paying all 3.9 million dollars they only have to pay 1.9 million. Not a bad deal.
