But, traffic is cool when it comes to downtown. Free flowing is bad, too suburbany. Parking lots = bad. Congestion is where it's at.

Ok but in what capacity? If UND doesn't fund them why would they need to fund a Women's team? If UND only provides a locker room and academic support, etc then they would only have to do that for an added Women's team, no?
