College athletics is a completely different world now. To hire an old guy is questionable. Unless....he plans to hire several young guys that get the new, ever-changing landscape.

One problem with UND athletics is they love to hire really great people that are highly respected in the community but can't actually win alot of games. So when they are inevitably let go it evokes emotions instead of reality. Hire an asshole for once - a guy who is ruthless and bends every rule to win.
