When the controversy came to a head in 2011, royalty payments abruptly jumped to more than $624,000. Royalties remained high at more than $606,000 in 2012 and decreased to about $520,000 in 2013. These revenues are based off 10% of the sales of merchandise.

I have attended this tourney before....well kind of. It was a 4 team tourney at Alico Arena then which is FGCU's home court. Now it is at Germain Arena which is where the ECHL's Everblades play and UND was supposedly slated to play hockey in their College Classic until the NCHC was formed and changed things. FGCU was my brother's adopted team when he lived there. Might have to spend Thanksgiving in Fla.!

There is "School" and there is "College". I went to UND for both.

Correct. If a Grand Forks Resident hasn't found his/her way into one of the other groups I wouldn't call them invested.

At a bare minimum.......no, absolute bare minimum the process better be at least this difficult to enter a vote.....and I might remove Grand Forks Residents from the list of approved voters based on the fact that if they don't fall into one of the other categories they probably aren't that interested anyway.To put it another way, the list of voters should already be on file through UND and your vote should be registered as a response to an email or postcard you receive from UND. If your email and/or physical address isn't in the UND database as a part of one of these groups you didn't make the cut. Now that the sideshow part of the show is over......... it is time for the committee to do their job eliminate the crap let Cletus and Jethro get back to their studies in Fargo and their Beavis and Butthead marathons......thanks for all the brilliant suggestions fellas! Other than always being the 5th guy back into the defensive zone every time against the Blues he was invisible until the end of the 2nd period of game 5. He followed that up with a strong 3rd period and a pretty solid game 6. I thought he had his best game of the playoffs in game 1 against the Hawks but last night he was terrible again.

Dr. Lou's most amazing accomplishment as a coach was being able to figure out when the gig was up. He had perfect timing to be walking out the back door just as the NCAA investigators were coming in the front. Left a mess at every job for the next guy to clean up.
