I think about Mike Cichy, too. Great in juniors and highly heralded, but never really lived up to that potential at UND.

"Waste of space" does not equal former A cap, NHL player and current AHL player.... it just equals a player who didn't live up to expectations... happens all the time.

I'd say he didn't live up the hype, definitely, but he was an alternate captain as a senior and was a good defenseman. Sure, he made his mistakes, but people rail on Fins way too much.

But wouldn't that be a good reason to put them together, too? Boeser can create his own AND can get dished to.

I like these, too, but I think Boeser HAS to play with Nick. Just too good not to have a pure playmaker with what looks like a pure scorer. So, I flip Pogo and Boeser.
