  1. That's why I say that, yes. I'd prefer he not light us up. I think it's pretty simple.... UND thinks he was best suited to wait a year and he thought differently. We'll see.
  2. Better Red than Bulldog?
  3. I think this is spot on. If this team had taken care of Canisius, I think we're all looking at this season much differently.
  4. I guess you and I are seeing it differently. I see energy, blocked shots, good gap. Maybe "great" was too much. Good is fine by me. I do think your belief in the bold sentence is a bit too much, too, however.
  5. I don't think anything you said is hugely rippable. I'm fine with Bowen's role. Yon and Johnson shouldn't feel secure. Rieger's road isn't going to get any easier, either.
  6. It's not disciplinary. Again, do you think Bubbs would go out of his way to call JJ the perfect player (or whatever the exact quote was) and just a few short weeks later, he's dismissed from the team? No.
  7. Maybe Senden is just better? What's wrong with that? Bowen, to me, is fitting his role just fine. Energy player, great PKer. Yon is too inconsistent.
  8. I agree with you about Hoff. Senden has earned his time as a No. 3 center over Bowen, so that is what it is. Keane took Yonner's spot, too, IMO.
  9. Split, sweep, sweep gets us to the bubble. Maybe home ice.
  10. I guess I'd like to hear your expectations for all those players. I'd say a lot of them are performing to the expectations I thought they'd reach. None of these forwards were slotted as huge scorers, coming in. Hoff has under-performed, IMO.
  11. I disagree, but he's certainly not far off, IMO.
  12. D'okay. Have a good night, man!
  13. Ok? Is that you saying that? I also add that I've heard he had poor work ethic. So? And how does any of this have anything to do with JJ?
  14. Tomek underperformed and was about to have his spot taken. I never said anything about his attitude. I have heard previously that he never had a great work ethic, but I won't criticize that because I don't know that for certain. I'm telling you JJ's situation is different. Like I said before, you can believe me or not. I really couldn't care less.
  15. I'm flat out telling you it's not an attitude issue. Up to you whether or not if you want to believe me. Play it up to a locker room issue, if you like. But, for this situation, it's just not the case.
  16. Sorry man. I responded before I saw the context there. I thought you were talking about JJ having a bad attitude. JJ's situation is 100% different than these two and it's in no way a locker room issue nor the fault of anyone, including Bubbs.
  17. Bad attitude? You're grasping for straws in California.
  18. Or the player played poorly and was going to have two highly-touted players in front of him. You can call it a locker room issue, but that seems like a weak call.
  19. Haha touche. But, Tomek's situation seems like a massive stretch to indicate a locker room issue.
  20. I can see where you're coming from with this, but it's a stretch. Came in injured, sat behind Cam. Nuff said there, IMO. Next season, he sat behind Cam and had a legit shot to find the ice. Played poorly in his starts while Cam continued to take the net. Could have stayed last year, but again he was a No. 2 behind Cam and Thome was also drafted. So he left. And has again played poorly for UNO. Seems like it's on him. JJ's situation is so far and away different than Tomek's.
  21. Solid back pedal. Does the football team need a CB?
  22. JJ and Tomek's situations are so incredibly different lol.
