  1. One of the Middelstadt's scored in the first period and came out of the group celly holding his shoulder. Made me laugh and think of the pull-ups. *Cough* Pu$$y *cough*
  2. Awesome stuff. Love this team. Give Keaner an A next year. That's what I want in a leader.
  3. Take them seriously in terms of their team, of course. I still don't see them as a rival. I get that we play in the same conference, I just don't have a desire to beat them like I do many other teams. I mean, I want them to win all games, but, I think you know where I'm coming from lol.
  4. It's adorable Are they even in our Top 10 of rivals? I'd say a hard no.
  5. There are a few more, too haha. Yes, he's one of em that is very consistent.... ly annoying
  6. Yeah, I feel like it's a kid brother complex. Like, for some reason, they hate us because they really can't get over the hump against us and then they whinneeeeeee a lot on Twitter haha.
  7. Ditto and I can't even really figure out why. What's your insight on that? Haha.
  8. I think this team, in general, has carried such a massive chip on their shoulder that they've never really let their guard down. They are just laser focused on their next goal. I love it.
  9. I know one guy who loves him some Nick Naumenko @InHeavenThereIsNoBeer
  10. This weekend's objectives: 1) Stay healthy 2) Get the point -- no one wants to share. 3) Sweep and keep rolling. Would be a good idea to get both tendies in, but I'd rather keep Scheel going, honestly. To me, he's the guy.
  11. JBD is a pure stud. So many times this past weekend against Western, he made a small, but patient move to spin his body away from pressure, or turned against a hit to protect the puck, or skate the direction opposite where the forechecker was headed... all to make a perfect chip or lead pass that lead to transition. Such a smart hockey player.
  12. How about the stud that is a Hobey candidate? This was a massive contention for a lot of fans last year that our players hadn't developed and that was a knock on Bubbs. Well, maybe.... shockingly.... guys needed to develop? Guchi, Adams, Weatherby, Peski, Smith all have taken big time steps.
  13. Yeah, I think so. I hadn't heard any changes. So, four against Miami and maybe Omaha. Yeah, I think you'll need to get at least one in the Faceoff. Definitely a good enough team to win in St. Paul and make the tourney.
  14. Haha saw this on Twitter from a couple WMU fans. No deal, my friend I still think we can hear from Western down the stretch. Dang good team.
  15. So, what color are yours because you disagree? Assuming bias because I cheer for UND is just nonsense. I don't see a penalty. Period.
  16. Such an easy thing to say, but it's just not the case. I see the correct call... Goalie interference. That's fine that you don't see it that way. Glad it worked out in our favor lol.
  17. A slash? He we going in to deny the puck with his stick. I don't see that whatsoever.
  18. Sure you can. That's part of the discretion of the refs in that call. To me, it was clear contact was going to happen, regardless.
  19. Two feet wide? I'm sorry, man but I don't get where you're seeing that. Regardless, had he gone two feet wide, there's no interference and Scheel is in position to make the save.
  20. Honestly, I think Friday night's was horrendous and I still have no idea how that's not a goal. Last night's was a bit closer, but still should not have been a goal. Player was already going to be going directly into Scheel without Guchi touching him. There's no way he was avoiding contact.
  21. Scheel has been the most consistent goalie over the span of their careers and it's not even close.
  22. Scheel is the better tendy, IMO. All things even, I'd rather have him play. Not a knock on Thome, just a reflection of who Scheel is.
