I kind of figured that might be your take. Sure, the travel isn't ideal but a rebooted CCHA without Mich, MSU, or OSU doesn't sound like much of a league. In a way, it would be like UND clamoring to get back into the WCHA as it currently stands. The NCHC is a great conference run by very capable people and I think the majority of fans recognize that.

Picture everyone in The Ralph/Alerus doing this at the exact same time and letting out the most annoying screech they can think of.... great stuff

Yeah methinks regardless of what CBS thinks, Miami and WMU aren't getting out of the nchc sans $1.5mil fee without the member schools' blessing.

Why would it matter what CBS sports says? I'd think the 8 member schools would have to OK waiving any exit fee so not sure what say CBS would have.

According to Hennessy though, he thinks Brock playing vs Omaha is very possible and that would put him at 3 weeks out from last week. Either way, my thoughts are if we get Boeser and Jost back at 100% by the Miami series at home I'll be happy.
