The memory of the "time out" game makes me grin from ear to ear, any other examples? How about examples where lack of game plan change had less desirable results (hoping gfhockey is still passed out at this time of the morning)? I don't think a coaching change is needed as much as a change in coaching... I need my pop tart or a snicker bar this morning.

I am not real versed on how NCAA hockey structure is policed but could we have kept Eades and still brought in Berry? and why Eades instead of Jackson? Look what Eades did in USHL...

Can anyone provide examples where Coach Hakstol made in game changes that turned the game around? I think he is great coach and has done well, but everyone has room for improvement. Has our coach ever got booted from a game to fire his team up? Last night I watched Serratore with one foot on the dasher barking at something, has our coach ever behaved this way? I realize it's not his style, but his style may need some adjustment. The steely stare doesn't seem to inspire the kids.

Since I was delayed arriving home last night I was going to log into Und.com and use my insider subscription to watch the game on the internet. To my dismay, I need a NCHC subscription. Is the insider subscription required to use the NCHC feed? Not much reason to hold on to the Insider subscription if I only want the Mens hockey feed or was this game a one off event?

Maybe a better way to say it is the team takes the ice and thinks they are the better team (which is ok for the right reasons) because of all the trappings that surround them. Does the team still eat at Squires? Do the freshmen live in Walsh Hall? Do they chew their own food? Who wipes their butts? Maybe some players are seeing the current game / season / program as a step on the developmental ladder and this infects the others. Did the other team want it more last night? I only know the answer to the last question.

Coach should have had a run last night on the way to Bemidji, first man to 5 miles gets on the bus, first man to six miles gets on the bus... etc, Seriously, I have no idea how to inspire people, so all I can do is cheer harder and hope for the best.
