Player development!?!?! why are we not making our recruits better? and why is the "inspired play" so elusive. Is having a hammer at the top (hak) the missing link? Is it as simple as Berry needing to glare more and throw a few garbage cans?

Do all FCS programs have an internal drug testing program? Is it an NCAA mandate to have an internal program? Are the results of the testing available to the public, or will a FOIA request be required? I suspect we are sitting on the lynchpin of the Bison dynasty, they figured out a way.....

Nowhere near an expert but I wonder if NDSU and/or BN figured out a way to "game" the NCAA pre work out ban criteria using timing, amount, additives or unknown methodology. using the in house NDSU testing program as a laboratory. BR did not follow the protocol to a tee, or perhaps had a health issue that disrupted the methodology? Either way the lack of transparency by the FCS reigning superpower should be raising eyebrows, if only NCAA cared about JV football.

how does UND compare to those schools in enrollment, endowment, alumni contributions.... I guess the dark idea in the back of my mind is we are over reaching to want natties in two sports at the level we have chosen for the size of school we are... Is the real key to the ag school success the over focus on football and the rest are necessary evils? Is their fan base as divided as we are?

Past success is only a partial indicator of future progress, but it is all they got... that said it is eye brow raising that the development of players at UND seem to be less than average... is it an anomaly or a trend. Just hope no issues like Lucia / Snow and a public embarrassment are on the horizon...

I noticed several one timers that were thwarted by poor pass into the skates... just so many overall talent items that just seem to be lacking..
