This was my first guess too except I have Western Michigan's group in Albany and Michigan's group in Allentown. To me it basically comes down to whether they want to put UND/ND & Minnesota/UMass together or UND/UMass & Minnesota/St.Cloud together. I think whether we get UMass or not probably determines whether we are in Worcester or Albany.

Got a workout in this morning, got some groceries, picked up some pizza, little time outside, play with my 1 year old niece who is visiting for the weekend, watched/watching NCAA Tournament games, high school games, and will put Minnesota/Michigan on one TV. Honestly not a whole lot different than if UND won except UND game would be on my big TV and MN/Mich would mix in with NCAA games on the other one.

Love the Correa signing even though it is basically a one year deal. Need to make a move for one of those Oakland starters. Have some depth to deal from with Larnach, Sabato, Cavaco, Martin, Lewis, Wallner, etc as position players.

Just kind of a choppy game tonight. Not a lot of flow or anything real smooth. Had some real good chances that you have to convert on at this time of the year. Another day to get healthy and see who we get next week on Sunday.

I'm honestly kind of shocked he won Mr. Hockey. I watched Roseau 3 times and he was solid but didn't jump off the screen like you'd expect a sure fire D1 guy to. Kind of lets things come to him and sometimes that just doesn't happen where the top guys you usually see them go out and make it happen.

I was a big fan of Donovan and disappointed to lose him. I think it is obvious the Wisconsin system holding him back

What a save from the Maple Grove tender

If there is a team or two that you'd like to be on the opposite side of the bracket and not face until the national championship who are they? I think right now mine would be Minnesota and Denver.

The puck movement and playmaking in this game is great!

Expected a little more wide open game tonight but it was more tight playoff hockey. Guys made enough plays to win. On to the X.

Some years for sure. This year Warroad would've played Moorhead and Hermantown would've faced Andover. Warroad and Moorhead tied 4-4 during the regular season while Hermantown and Andover did not play. I would probably take Hermantown but Andover is playing their best hockey at the right time.

The result that was expected all year long but a good exciting hockey game. I won't be surprised at all if we see a rematch next March with each team returning their goalie and a lot of underclass talent.

Schmaltz

Maple Grove over Hill was my pick for AA and while I'm feeling pretty good about Maple Grove I'm starting to think Andover might pull this win out tonight. In single A it is what everybody expected. Hoping Warroad can find a way to get the win tomorrow. Hermantown definitely has the depth advantage but I think it will come down to which top line does more damage.

Grinded out a win. Really nice defensive effort aside from the breakdown on the goal. Just missed on some real nice chances and think we see the guys cash in putting 4+ in the net tomorrow night.

I just turned it to Midco 2 with the South Dakota tournament on and it looks like peewee B hockey.

Pretty even game first time they played at Hermantown in mid January. 2-1 OT win for the Hawks and shots 33-27 in favor of Hermantown. Warroad will need Slukynsky to be at his best. TV timeouts are an advantage for Warroad with the shorter depth.

I did.

I liked him last year but he has taken another jump this season, he will be a really really solid player for Duluth. Will be fun to see him and the rest of the Warrior prospects tomorrow against Hermantown and their talent.
