This is truly a fantastic description of the past. Made me SO angry. Glad to see how things are changing at the Alerus, and to a point, within the UND Athletic Dept.

Pretty cool that our boys get to go up against a national championship contender (on paper). Very beneficial, as long as there aren't any serious injuries of course.

Tried a grinder for first time in months last week. Bread is super dense, chewy, and much heavier than the old days. That said, it wasn't a bad sandwich, but super heavy. It might be the same recipe as the Pepper folks keep saying, but something is different in the baking process.

I was at the pepper last week, and I must say the grinder bread is incredibly different! Super dense and chewy, cornmeal on the bottom.
