I've been pleased that he's a good finisher when he gets to the rim, and does a good job of getting there. I'd like to see him do it more often, though, but have the presence to kick it out when heavily covered. I think it would open up things on the outside more.

Good clarification and input. I think that we're all hoping for/wanting the same thing: steady progress toward being able to consistently compete with the top dogs, with an occasional championship banner to hang, and doing it with integrity.

We just came a FT away from beating a top mid-major squad, so I don't think it's time to throw the coach under the bus. He's brought this team a long way since game no. 1, and I look forward to seeing by how much UND exceeds the preseason prognosticators. Have to clean up the turnovers and FT shooting; 55.6% from the charity stripe needs to be in the 70% range in order to win the close ones.

Being able to go 10-11 deep without losing a lot is a nice problem to have. Perhaps the strong finishes the last two games can at least partly be attributable to our deep bench/10-man rotation wearing our opponent down late in the game.
