Wasn't there a kid that we had high interest in a few years back from Bemidji that was also good in hoops? What ever happen to him is he panning out anywhere?

I'd say because of transition, and the non opportunity to get in the playoffs? And you had better coaching at that time which definitely contributed to your success.

If we can stop the run like we did in the 2011-12 season we will be in every game. So hopefully are front 7 have a great game and keep us close until the end. I guess I don't know who you would be talking to? Because the ones I talked to thought pretty highly of him, but knew he was up against it. When Minot moved up to D2 there was a lot of head scratching going on in Minot.

Mason Kramer, from Bishop Ryan. Kolten Larson from MHS, both guys seem like they would be walk on potential. I saw where the Kramer kid took 2nd in State at heavy weight in wrestling. It was his 1st year ever of wrestling. Might make a good NG in the 3-4?

As far as all this recruiting chatter, look back to the late 80's early 90's as far as that goes. AC won 2 NC's I believe '89 & '91. Did that stop UND from getting quality players to turn the program around into a winning program NO, so why can't it happen now? A lot a times kids like to nock the top team off and be known as the group that turned it around at a school.

gf, and how would Hoffner? He was at Mankato right? Why even say such things? I'm sure both can make that distinction. And as far as that goes, Rudolphs DC left him late last year and went on to be the LB's coach at USD, so he had to bring in his kid after one year of Gaing at SIU. His team this year was lacking the talent, but then to have to hire DC in the late summer (basically his kid bailed him out) puts them in a tough spot. His teams played hard for him and never quit like we saw with our team this year. He also could of easily snuck out a couple more wins this past year, some real heart brakers for his team. I'm sure Bubba talked with Tesh, and Thomas and they probably endorsed Rudolph. Give the guy a chance, and what make you so certain on what makes a good coach or not?

Reason to like it, He is everything that Coach Schweigert says he wants in a coach! I'll bet that he asked coach Thomas about him too. Has very limited resources at Minot State, I don't see them being very competitive in the Northern Sun for...........?

How is this put on Rudolph? He wasn't with them when they did this. They where all suspended until the University oked them back, and not all where welcomed back, not Rudolph. He didn't try bail them out, or hire lawyers for them. It was some knuckle heads being just that.

What is the complaining about let's hurry up and hire? It seems like there is handful or little more of quality candidates. Hopefully one week or so more wait, turns into a 10 year plus hire. Honestly I can't see us turning it around in one year anyway. I just hope the 1st year of this transition the team plays way hard to the final horn for the next guy.
