Hate to inch away from the negativity among recruiting... with good news, but... 3 UND recruits are playing for Canada West at the WJAC tournament. (Tychonick, Bernard-Docker and Blaisdell). I didn’t see this posted anywhere yet.

Perhaps, but Mismash at least warranted a camp invite if you ask me... *shrugs*

To add on to this, I would advise people to stop over analyzing recruits and their stats. If Berry and Co. don’t feel they can contribute to the program, they won’t be here. There are several recent former recruits that were let go for various reasons. Most of us haven’t seen any of these kids play extensively anyways.

I like 22, I just didn’t like him on a line with 19. As for 29... I felt like too much was thrown at him that he wasn’t quite ready for as far as throwing him up on the top 2 lines to start the season. I like him in a 3rd/4th line role at the moment and that he could have a larger impact in the second half and into next season.

I’ll be surprised if Bowen is back to be honest. Didn’t someone say he was wearing a boot?

We remembered, but the UND Twitter account didn’t specify illness. It said “undisclosed” so no one knew if he was still sick, picked up an injury in practice, etc...

Schlossman tweeted Jones isn’t an injury but an illness...

You don’t remember the 2013-14 and 2014-15 Frozen Four teams? Those were pretty offensively challenged. But we had great D and goaltending.

Both of Pogo’s goals were scored when he was on a line with Jones and Janatuinen. He scored in 2 straight games. Then they switched that around. Then Bowen got injured and the line shuffling got worse.
