Is UND good enough to overcome bad coaching and terrible officiating? I guess we’ll find out in a little while.

On the FG attempt late first half the possibilities are to kick the FG or go for it. A missed FG or a failed 4th down have the same result, NAU gets the ball with a chance to get points before the half. A made FG would still give them a possession before the half. Going for it on fourth and getting the first down not only greatly improves your scoring chances but it also greatly decreases the chance that NAU adds any points in the half. It’s a frickin no brainer in that situation to go for it. If Bubba was even thinking about a punt he needs to be removed immediately as head coach.
