C’mon guys, y’all are trying to compare two of the best five college hockey coaches in the county. Bubs has coached at the highest level in the NHL and Carle will be there soon. Tons of respect for Carle and so thankful UND has Brad Berry. We’ve been blessed with top notch coaches for a long time.

I get a kick out of the “losing recruiting battles “ line some spit here. “We lose all the recruiting battles against DU, MN, UM, BU, BC” lol. So we don’t win any huh? The likes of Boisvert, Emery, Swanson, etc .. we didn’t WIN those recruiting battles against these same blue blood schools? UND must have been the only school recruiting them 1st rounders then..

I thought Wilke and Schmaltz played hard. They were all over making plays on both ends of the ice.

Settle down everyone. Sioux were playing an exhibition game. Their opponent was playing one of the biggest games of their life so far. Good for them.

I think we should slide Pinto into this . First pick of 2nd round and from New York. Give the coaching staff lots of credit for landing him. That’s great recruiting . What a gem.

Blake got a great deal! Almost rookie max and basically burning this year. $2.7 million and he’s restricted free agent in just two years. Very good contract for a 4th rounder that developed into first round talent while at UND.

Not to mention they are one of the best teams in the league at the moment. It’s not like he’s dealing with San Jose…

Don’t be surprised if Blake makes his NHL debut on Tuesday fellas.
