but let's say this company is a top 5 Fortune 500 company and the those two employees brought in come from middle of the pack Fortune 500 companies. Expecting the same results isn't fair to those 2 new employees right out of the gate.

This team was not built to win a title it was built to make the tourney and see where the chips fall and hopefully make a run.

This team absolutely over performed. To see where they ended up to where they were in middle of January is an absolute achievement. They were a few horses away from being able to really make a run. It ended up being a great season in which a banner gets hung.

In the bracket challenge I have them winning the region and going to Boston. My point was their SOS down the last few months has not been the greatest compared to others. Doesn't mean I don't think they are a very good team.

I don't see them putting Mankato in Worcester with UMass and Harvard. Essentially home games for them and they have precedent for protecting the 1 and 2 overall seeds from that. I see Mankato in Albany.

With Michigan's speed if UND plays them the Hawks would get boat raced.

Don't forget the part where they are laying on the ice like they got hit by a car and then come right back out on the power play.

In the future if UND wins its first round series maybe they just forfeit their game at the Frozen Faceoff instead of wasting gas and hotel rooms for an annual debacle of being bounced on Friday anyway.
