  1. I'll second what Brian said, last years was fine. It's pretty unlikely that TH's call will be even close to the webcast though, so you will probably have to listen to the MTU announcers, and turn on TH during the intermissions.
  2. There are a few old threads on the topic that should help you out. For now, you'll probably just have to stick with the Siouxtra package...unless your new satelitte won't require you to bury the line. After the ground thaws, you can weigh your options. If you go with DirecTV or Dish Network, get the sports package...often you will get regional hockey games (next weekend's Denver game will probably be on FSN Rocky Mountain) http://forum.siouxsports.com/index.php?showtopic=2496 http://forum.siouxsports.com/index.php?showtopic=11119
  3. You should get a FTA sattelite system through PSB...he will help you with whatever you need.... http://www.psbsatellite.com/ There are many networks available in addition to FSSN... If you have a plasma/LCD with a PC input, you could hook your computer up to your TV and watch it that way, that's what I do. Not the greatest quality, but it works. It will work if you have an s-video out on your computer also. The FTA satelite system is near HD quality.
  4. Good stuff, thanks. Happy Birthday Zach
  5. FSSN broadcast of the scrum (sorry, webcast quality) FSN version FSSN has a few new angles...notably Malone and Lucia, and a different view of Lucia skating away.
  6. Isn't that him in white in the foreground?
  7. I thought I was going to puke when they ran the segment "What's on Alex's Ipod".
  8. I looked at it again from the FSN feed, and it's tough to tell, Trupp checks Lucia into the near boards first, but then the play goes to the other end of the ice, and the cameras are off the two of them. But if I had to guess, Trupp was almost acting as if he caught a shot to the jewels...but who knows, you need the opposite camera angle to really tell...maybe it will come out in the news.
  9. Was that you in the white jersey? FSN showed you guys hassling Stoa, and Frank made a comment, with about 2 min left....pretty funny!
  10. Good Call
  11. From Brad's blog, the Herald has a pretty good photo gallery from last night.
  12. I wouldn't be suprised to see Genoway and Fairchild have a go at it...they mixed it up last year too. Unfortunately I stopped my recording just before Stoa's post-game comments (sorry). Hopefully highlights on Monday.
  13. yep, that's the one...didn't know what to call it, thanks
  14. Frank just said "There's been a lot of jawwing between the Minnesota penalty box and a fan in white..."....I wonder if thats our guy from the other thread.....
  15. Agreed. I could see both teams easing up a bit period 2, then a wild period 3.
  16. I gotta agree with AZ. Man, you are right on top of the action, it was pretty cool, and far from a dump. I hope they don't build the new arena too big.
  17. I'll be making my first trip to Bemidji's rink tonight, and I'm pumped... LET"S GO SIOUX!!!!
  18. That goal was insane! I'm recording now, if they replay it I may YouTube it. Both teams look really good, I think they could hang with D1 hockey.
  19. I hear someone messing with an open mic....amateur hour lol.
  20. I'm guessing this is for the 3rd right?
  21. SiouXtra is about the only way here...not many college hockey games on Charter this year for some reason...even the Gophers don't seem to be on as much.
  22. Man, I can't believe how cheap it went for, any idea why? Wish I knew sooner.
  23. CC 1 UM 0 Final
  24. I love a good snowstorm. It's fricken raining here.
  25. How bad was it there anyway? How much snow you guys get?
