Since Adidas does the NHL hockey jerseys, I would suspect that we will see Adidas hockey jerseys.

Define pros because Ryan Duncan is playing professionally. Really, lists like this are pretty dumb unless you base it purely off of their time at UND. There were some really good players that never played in the NHL or AHL.

You have to be a full member in all sports to get a share of BTN money. Obviously the new AD would negotiate this for UND if they were even thinking about joining the B10.

That's fine, it doesn't make me wrong though. Again, all I am saying is it isn't a HUGE rivalry as it once was, its cooled off far too long. To me it has been regulated to just a premier game. Play each other every year and you bet this will become a huge rivalry again

This series this weekend will be nothing like the ones from the past. They took too long to start playing and Lucia was right, it is cooled off and now it is just a PREMIER game. Play a weekend series every year from now and and then it will become a rivalry. By your logic the Wild and the Golden Knights would be a rivalry because the ticket prices are on average $30 more than most other games.

Because people are building it up to something it isn't. When they played on a regular basis you could get that ticket any day of the week, now people see it as a way to make a quick buck. Just because it is a high ticket doesn't make it a rivalry, it just makes it a premier game.

It's the same thing with NDSU. You couldn't fill the Alerus for any other game but if NDSU comes to town, I guarantee that the Alerus will be full.

Yes, it is pretty much the same. UND has moved on and so has the Gophers. They are now just another non-conference opponent that we need to beat to keep our ranking in the pairwise. This was proven pretty much last year down here at the 3M arena at Marriucci. The same people who say this is a huge rivalry are the same ones who wont move on from the Sioux nickname..

When they played last year in Minnesota it just wasn't the same. It's the premier game on the schedule but that does not mean its a huge rivalry any longer. That's like saying UND-NDSU is a huge rivalry in football.
