1980's hair band should probably have an asterisk next to it when I use the term. I typically start with about 1981 and go thru 1992 or 1993 when discussing the beginning and end of "hair bands."

One format includes all eight teams advancing to the Target Center for a FIVE-DAY tournament? If the goal is to turn a profit on post-season games, that is NOT the way to go about doing it. Yikes. I'm picturing a Wednesday afternoon elimination game between Colorado College and Miami in my head right now...and the attendance is at less than 100.

I had a 20-minute phone interview the other day where I explained that my 20+ years of experience playing and managing men's and co-rec broomball, along with multiple league, city, and state championships was more than enough reason to launch my candidacy for the job. That was promptly met with a long pause followed by this question: "What's broomball?" Alas, I was promptly scratched off the list. However, CC did say that I can re-apply for the position of Locker Room Attendant as that position is also available.

Seabrook lined him up from quite a ways away. While I don't think he intended to hurt Backes, he certainly deserves a suspension. I almost put KISS down as the best and ever...boy they have some good music. And I didn't get into KISS until about 1985 and had to discover all their 1970's stuff after that. I'm back...back in a Detroit groove...
