The University is essentially renting TCF Bank Stadium to the Vikings on NFL gameday. There is no way they can prohibit the Redskins from wearing their regular uniforms.

Not a Penguins fan at all...but that's an awesome jersey. Besides, Sidney Crosby would look much better flopping in black and yellow as opposed to black and Vegas gold...
