Remove Arkansas and Alabama from the equation and DU-UMD outdrew Mama June by 3.5 million.

Sorry, but mens and womens soccer BOTH bore me to tears. Count me out. "Hey, MafiaMan, you wanna watch soccer with me?" "No thanks." "FINE...I guess I'll just ask geaux_sioux then!"
-
Nobody watches the World Championships, mens OR womens.

"The cost shouldn't matter...just reinstate it...PLLLEEEEASSSSE...think of the millions of young girls who will never have the chance to play college hockey because of this decision."

"They" had the help of the NCAA. Disagree with their bull (cough, cough, state of North Carolina) and you get the horns until you cave in.

Yea...because baseball is considered America's past-time and hockey is still a niche sport.

Even SI bought into it with a story a week ago about how since NHL players were not going to compete at the Olympics, that "ALL EYES" would be on the women's tournament. Yea, we're all holding our breath wondering if Germany can keep it within 10 in the medal round.

Sorry, they're too busy REPRESENTING AMERICA AT THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS TWO WEEKS AGO!
-
Doesn't matter - they threw it out there, now it'll be on Kennedy to deny it or debunk the allegation. No worries, though, just the fact that people are discussing it is exactly what these two rabble-rousers want.

The L twins: "boutique sport" = "SQUIRREL!"

"competing" at world championships... 7-0 over Russia. 5-3 over Finland. 11-0 over Germany. A combined 23-3 score in games not involving Canada. "Competing." Rah rah USA, I guess. There's a fine line between pride and jingoism. The Olympics 86'd womens softball for far less than this.

Don't kid yourself. The Chicago Blackhawks are on the SJW hit list.

Actually, they DO own the North Stars. https://www.google.com/amp/www.sbnation.com/platform/amp/2017/3/29/15106256/minnesota-wild-north-stars-jerseys-dallas-stars-nhl-mad-online-cut-it-out-dave-coulier

I think we are all surprised at how fast time flies. Minnesota hasn't won a title in 14 seasons, BU 8, your oft-mentioned BC, 5. If the calendar rolls over to about 2021 or 2022 without adding another notch on the belt, 2016 will seem like 1916.

I read the title of this thread and all I can picture in my head is a Packer fan talking about the golden days of yore...

Spot-on, streetsahead. Notre Dame getting $0 of the B1G pie has ZERO to do with other deals the conference could or would potentially cut with other schools. Notre Dame gets NOTHING because they would not give up their own current TV deal, which makes sense. Why would the B1G share TV revenue with Notre Dame from a Friday night Michigan vs Minnesota game on BTN when the Fighting Irish are busy playing someone else in the same exact time-slot over on NBCSN?
-
But I thought he played with that Pat Kaliya guy...you know, for the Maine Black Terriers?
-
Like the right to sit on an airplane without getting your a** kicked?
-
Well, only 7 Sioux fans, 6 Maine fans, 3 BU fans and 2 Michigan fans were shot after the game, so it's safe to conclude that Chicago's violence problem is a bit overblown.
