These names are lasting because not every NA is on board in changing them. There are NA that have no problem with Redskins, Indians, Braves, Chiefs, Sioux! The U of Minnesota should take a stand and say the Redskins cannot play in their stadium with that name....then we can watch the Redskins play the Vikings in another stadium. (no games in 43 and 44 due to WWII) In case you are wondering when NDSU had 4 wins in 2 consecutive seasons total...1962-63. They (NDSU) has had 4 ZERO win seasons since 1949, the last one in 1962. UND has NEVER had a ZERO win season. History is sure fun.

You mean we should've been referring you as N_SU? As for close games, we had 3 FBS close games the last few years, (SDSU, Fresno St, and NIU) but in the end it still shows up at a loss. UND has now got rid of a coach that was bad, and installed a defensive minded, work enthusiast, midwest recruiting type coach in Bubba and hopefully after this season we can see the beginning of climbing out of the deep hole Muss got us in.

It will be interesting to see the next census numbers for Grand Forks, I think its safe to say they have fully recovered from the flood of 97, and the city has gotten a whole lot better.

On paper a wild card in the NFL is going against a Divison champ with a better record and team, but the game is played out and the wild card wins...why? Because anything can happen during the game. The first comment you bolded was if Faison goes ahead with this 2-0 thing, my second comment is I think we can have 1 game to "get the ball rolling" but if NDSU wants more in Fargo after that, then forget it.
