Thanks again for the work that went into running this contest and congratulations to those moving on. I had fun and it made each week of hockey a little more meaningful. I'm still convinced that Haks has an old college injury that won't allow him to raise his pointing finger when he wants to thus he was just : A) trying to flash the piece sign to the ref and telling him it's all okay now B) giving the signal for V for Victory C) calling for special play #2 I do think that the Sioux have grown and are learning to step up and play without our leaders because of different situations, (Oshie, Duncan, and now Haks). Each time someone has had to step up and take on a new role. We're closing the gap on the leaders and moving up and these next couple of months are going to very exciting! Go Sioux!

What is the penalty when a basketball coach from our school gets a technical foul for yelling at a ref or swearing? Two games is a lot I think. Is he even allowed in the REA during the games?

Looking into my magic 8 ball, I just saw Bina score the long goal at U of M last year... His 8th of the season. Next up was Trupp's ] goal which led the Sioux to winning their 8th straight game last night. I'm saving the last shake for April when the Magic 8 ball reveals the Sioux winning their 8th National title in 2008 !

Were there many tickets for sale outside the arena before game time?

Did anyone here go to the game and if so did you notice if there was a lot of selling of tickets outside before the game? Thinking about driving down tomorrow. When FSN lost the signal I freaked out. Thought my wife was sitting the remote and she changed the channel

Good for Randy. I live in the St.Cloud area and have been going to games here for the past 13 years. I'm happy for him and glad he will work with Dale. SCSU doesn't realize what they are losing.

I've been to the Final 5, a Regional and the Frozen 4 in St. Louis last year and I'd say I had the most fun at the Final 5. The WCHA is the best league in college hockey so that would be my choice.

If you're or anyone else is in the St.Cloud area the Ultimate Sports Bar is showing both games in the basement reserved for Sioux Fans. Door prizes are given out and it's always fun to watch games with new people. Hope to see many of you there. Pass the word.

It will be interesting to see how the refs call it early on tonight. I also hope our fans get more vocal. It would be nice to see the rest of the WCHA come up with a few ties tonight so we can continue to keep the gap bigger as we head down the stretch. I can honestly see us making a strong run for 2nd in the league as things unfold.

I think they were selling SRO tickets last night and there were many empty seats not being used by season ticket holders.

Great game last night and it was fun to see a lot of Sioux fans in Mankato. They said it was a sellout but lots of empty seats. We were down by the ice in 105 and there was some hard hits on the glass. Tonight we're up in section 300 with the Sioux fans. Looking forward to another great game. Go Sioux!
