quick question for the legal types out there...
correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe the AG's office can use any and all documents during the actual proceedings. the only thing this ruling (assuming jahnke rules in favor of releasing the documents) will do is allow the public to see the documents before they make their way into the courtroom. or am i wrong and does this keep the AG's office from using those documents during their court case?
is this one of those situations where the games against msum become exempt because if they lose they get dropped out of a TUC? i know there's some rule that prevents your team from getting hurt by beating lower ranked teams in conference playoffs.
bochenski picks up a goal five minutes into his first game with the bruins. if they run their system anything like chicago, he should get sent down to the ahl sometime during the third period.
the always concerned bison economist.... never stop worrying about UND's financial future. great to know so many accountants throughout the fargo are looking out for the sioux's interests
it seems that hakstol can't get the players to come together and play well. they still need a lot of work and i just don't think they can even get close the ncaa tournament. we should have never hired him, where's scott sandelin when we need a good coach. who's with me?
the sioux are currently the first team out when it comes to the ncaa's. they need to sweep this weekend. bemidji (up until playing michigan tech) has dominated the wcha. a win on their sheet should do some good things for the sioux's chances of getting into the playoffs. not to mention, it will help bring more wins to a team that seems to have turned it around.
i think some people have higher expectations that they should. while ndsu's team is great and i cheer for them... it is still a very hard thing to get into the ncaa tourney.
i don't know if that really should have been a penalty. sure he hit him hard and got his hands up a bit, but it was clean... it just looked bad because it was so violent.
i'm assuming it's because of whoever is streaming the video doesn't have a great upload rate. it's a different person than who does the nhl games, apparently. the nhl games stream perfectly, this has been a little choppy.
