Jones recently started following the Portland Winterhawks on twitter so I imagine that is where he's going. He doesn't follow UND hockey. FWIW, Miles Koules started following the Medicine Hat Tigers a few weeks before decommitting The Portland Winterhawks are still in contention for the Memorial Cup so if Jones is indeed headed there we might not get any confirmation until after the playoffs.

Schlossman is reporting that Eades has already received calls about future jobs. No surprise there. He is a solid coach and any program would be lucky to have him.

Miles Koules just tweeted that he will play for Medicine Hat next season. No surprise there. There have been rumors for weeks.

I believe Gregoire has been a healthy scratch. Both he and Hextall had a tough first year in the AHL. Brock Nelson played in 4 regular season games for Bridgeport registering 0 points, and in 2 playoff games registering 0 points. He was a healthy scratch for the third playoff game. Some Isles fans on the Hockey Futures message board now see what most Sioux fans thought when Nelson left early... that he needs to be much stronger in order to use his offensive talents effectively at the pro level. It might be a long summer in the gym for Nelson.

Schlossman said, "This has to imply that Everett doesn't think it's getting Jones, but probably not great news for UND" The Portland Winterhawks hold the rights to a few UND recruits. I'm sure they will make a hard push for Jones.
