  1. Could be timing. We saw Toews earlier on and Lee later in the evening. Just my perspective above.
  2. how was lee? I believe he was at a table with Foyt. He, again, just didn't seem as interested to be there as others. He wasn't real engaging with my 6 year old where as Radke had her going. Hilarious conversation about if she had a boyfriend...sorry I digress. Kind of like the holiday party we all HAVE to attend. Some are there more so than others... But no, he did say he was gone!
  3. You could tell at tonight's Appreciation Night, some of the guys were enjoying themselves more than others (Oshie>Lee), but Toews was the one guy I sensed was soaking it all in and enjoying the evening. You can spin that whichever way you want, but I was leaning on him leaving and now I'm not so sure...
  4. Funny college kid behind us said Spirko was in a class with him last year and he counted Spirko's attendeance for the semester at 6.
  5. Grapevine speculation said he was having surgury on his nose for whatever that's worth? Another Judy's casuality
  6. Just got back from GF. Lots of people and long lines for autographs, especially the DOT 3. Lots of people in front of us asked Toews if he was coming back and he said "I haven't made a decsion yet." "So you're saying I still have a chance..."
  7. I better pass. I'm already popping Crestor likes it's Pez!!!!
  8. We are not leaving Fargo until 4:30-ish. We might have to budge in front of you or Sioux-cia
  9. How many people can we expect? Do we need to cut short our fine dining experience at The Moon???
  10. Your 2nd post and you want to rain on everyone's parade Next time bring some positivity
  11. Hak couldn't be worse than Clyde Drexler on "Dancing with the Stars".
  12. Taylor would be a good choice, but my money is on Bina especially after all he has gone thru. Addendum: Toews wears the "C" if he returns.
  13. Crazier things have happened, but I agree that Oshie is next to stay and then Toews will have a tough choice...and decides to stay as well!
  14. I think sometimes "we" give these young men too little credit as far as making decisions that are best for them. Obviously staying in the college atmosphere/setting is what is best for alot of these guys. Some will feel that turning professional is what is best. But in a day and age of greedy, me! me! athletes (MLB and NBA players at the top of the list), it is refreshing to see these 2 young men put friendships, teammates and an experience that college provide as a priority at this point in their lives. Now with that being said, I would not have any issues if Toews, Lee or Oshie turns pro or stays for another year. Although it would be nice to have them all around next year, I have no doubt that each will make the best decision for them down the road. And those decisions, whether "we" approve or not, should be respected.
  15. My daughter and I will be making the trip up from Fargo.
  16. I know this thread is CORY SCHNEIDER, but let's give credit where credit is due. Lammy was on the WCHA and West Regional All-tourney teams. He may not be Schneider-like , but I like what he brings to this team and I expect him to bring it tonight.
  17. Give me Vegas odds on that and Lou, I'll buy you the Kool-Aid stand with my winnings!
  18. Only if Lammy gives up 2 in the first minute of periods 1 and 2 like he did against Michigan and that won't happen. The better odds are that Rosie runs for President on the Republican ticket in 2008 than BC hanging 6 on Lammy!!
  19. It truly is the time of year to give thanks for an awesome gift of sacrifice and victory that none of us are deserving of.
  20. Agree with most of your points, but if BC wants to go toe to toe from a physicality stand point, that will play into UND's hands. And I don't see UND coming out with the bloody nose after 60 minutes!
  21. That works for me since Dunc and JT will get 2 each and the Osh gets 1 tonight!!! If someone else chips in, I won't complain...
  22. I hope both teams bring their A games. And if both do, I think UND's combo of high skill and physicality will eventually wear down the speed and smaller sized Eagles. I got the UND 4-2 (5-2 with a possible ENG)
  23. I'm hoping the boys learned their lesson from the Michigan game. Was there live and Michigan was the fastest team I've seen this year.
