Unless JJ Watt is next to "Big Snacks" it won't really matter Saturday... He should play more...a lot more but he himself isn't a difference maker to improve this D dramatically at this point.

Chyzyk, Murphy centered by Gaarder or St. Clair Rodwell, St. Clair or Gaarder centered by Pattyn On D, I think Thompson sits Friday Zane between the pipes Friday I struggle to see where OD or Mitch fit as neither are 4th line guys yet neither should play in front of Chyzyk, Murphy or Gaarder on the 3rd line IMO

If OD can't crack the top 9 forwards I'd prefer Rodwell on a wing. Colton Pattyn Rodwell was a good 4th line last year. Chyzyk Murphy Gaarder on 3rd line. The OD & Mitch experiments are hopefully coming to an end.

I also like the 4 centermen in lineup.

I love 1st and 3rd lines. Chyzyk and St Clair w the General up the middle could be something. Those 2 wings can skate, hit and have ability to score.

SDSU is and has been overrated from day 1. Brock Jensen is not a great FCS QB but he is flat out a winner. He wills NDSU to W's.
