  2. Gonna be a tough series. DU is playing some solid hockey. Hopefully we can get a split...their SOS is considerably weaker than ours, so hoping that those tough earlier series can help.
  3. It was kind of crazy that amount of players that whiffed on pucks yesterday for UND. Monty did like three times in one shift...luckily one of them ended up leading to Strinden's goal. Wiebe did it twice on one-timer attempts from the point. James did it a couple times, including once on a great 2x1 rush.
  4. Zellers will be a special collegiate player. He’s a goal scorer too. Having a couple elite goal scorers like Zellers and Boisvert will be great with all the playmakers we have in OMac, Swanson, and Perron.
  5. I see us and DU being front runners for a lot of the top WHL talent.
  6. Good tip. That line was still noticeable, but just couldn't get one to click. Perron seems to be gaining confidence and his speed along with James is very evident. Jammer is a beast out there most shifts. Cool to watch his progression.
  7. Assuming DU beats Lindenwood, the CO schools DU/CC are a combined 18-0 so far. Dang.
  8. Berg crushed it in faceoffs...went 12-1 tonight. Livanavage with another 2a...excellent weekend from him. It's between him and Pohlkamp for DPoTW.
  9. Is anyone watching the ASU/CC game? I see the shots are 38-18 ASU...is ASU really outplaying CC that much or are they just throwing everything on net from anywhere on the ice?
  10. We did move up 14 spots with the sweep this weekend. We were at #30 before the weekend...now sitting at #16. DU sits at #1. Of course, the PWR is pretty volatile this early in the season, so it can change pretty dramatically each game.
  11. Sweep. Step in the right direction. Not sure what to expect next weekend. Crossing my fingers that we can hand DU their first loss of the season.
  12. Agreed on that first shift & few minutes. Don't give UMD any momentum. Keep playing tight defensively and keep TJ locked in. Bring this home, boys!
  13. Some decent puck movement on that PP. Setting up a bit different.
  14. Good to see Littler having himself a good weekend. Getting him some confidence is good while Croal is out injured.
  15. That was a ridiculous run by Pionk into Cam.
  16. Hopefully the team does a better job of that than last weekend.
  17. I didn't hear last night that James was injured and didn't finish the game for UMD. Big blow for them if he can't play tonight too. Not that I feel sorry for them with our injury issues...
  18. He didn't play at all today, he's injured.
  19. I wonder how long Laba will be out for them.
  20. I can't believe Miami kept it that close with how much they've sucked OOC to start the season.
  21. Pohlkamp with an assist on every DU goal so far.
  22. UW pisses away a 2-0 lead against UMN and loses 3-2.
  23. Hopefully tomorrow it's not an endless parade to the box for UND like this 3rd period tonight. Have to like that offensive performance tonight, 7 different goal scorers. Tighten up the defense a little, see what Hobie can do, and cut down on the penalties (and the snipers from the rafters).
  24. Five straight penalties called against UND
