We’ll be fine…we have altitude chambers!

The whole Nodak thing is a much bigger story than what the useless media portrayed. That alone should have put Berry on the hot seat.

2:20 mark was the most telling thing about this vid. "...and prove to each other that we want to be here..." obviously implying at least some don't. "...and want to be on certain lines, get the opportunities, cuz right now we gotta earn everything we get." Very evident that players don't like how they're being used and what their roles are. I didn't jump on the whole "locker room is lost/divided" talks as I don't know where those comments came from, I can only judge what I see on the ice, but hearing Jammer say what he did was pretty telling.

Guys with 100+ NHL games in 2005-06 WCHA. A lot of these aren't just guys who hit the century mark, many of them are household names. UND Travis Zajac Drew Stafford Jonathan Toews TJ Oshie Matt Smaby Brian Lee Taylor Chorney Chris Porter Ryan Duncan (Honorable Mention, Hobey Baker) WISCONSIN Joe Pavelski Brian Elliott Tom Gilbert Adam Burish Jack Skille Jake Dowell Davis Drewiske MINNESOTA Ryan Potulny Phil Kessel Alex Goligoski Blake Wheeler DENVER Paul Stastny Matt Carle Chris Butler MANKATO David Backes Ryan Carter MICHIGAN TECH Chris Conner John Scott (NHL All-Star Game MVP!) COLORADO COLLEGE Joey Crabb Jack Hillen Marty Sertich (Honorable Mention, Hobey Baker) DULUTH Matt Niskanen Mason Raymond Jason Garrison Tim Stapleton ANCHORAGE Jay Beagle ST CLOUD Uhhhh That's a total of 35 guys in a ten team league that saw 100+ NHL games. That's an average of 7 per game during league play. There were countless other guys that saw NHL ice time as well...well beyond what this list is. Even out east there was a ton of developing NHL talent.

The WCHA in general was loaded that year. Was a great era of college hockey. Still hard to fathom we didn't win it all with that roster.

Ah, so it's only convenient when you're protecting your blog credentials with the program...got it.

I thought we weren't picking on people's names?

I’m getting weird UND sweep vibes. Can’t explain it.

CC is taking a stab at trying to be our new biggest rival since our normal rivals have passed us by.
-
Odd that Brad Berry is the centerpiece of the thumbnail.
-
Guys like Commie or Greene would look like a cartoon out there in modern hockey if they got into a fight. It would be total destruction.
-
I don't recall losing any recruits or players when Hak left and Berry came in.
-
Worse, no one cared what was in your flask in the coat jacket in the 70s.

We need the Snirt Stopper in net. SNIRT HAPPENS, STOP IT!

My sister was on their flight from DEN > FAR and she said that almost all of them were coughing up a storm. Just anecdotal, but maybe it's caught up with them.
-
I've been gone from UND for over 15 years and have never once been solicited for a donation, nor has my wife. Our phone numbers haven't changed. Makes ya wonder....
-
Brad came in as our huckleBerry...now he needs to go as our dingleBerry. Wipe the program clean.
-
Let's just play the whole game with 6 skaters.
-
You couldn't ask for a worse shift after that UND goal.

Better be Hobie and not Septictanker.

2024-25 University of North Dakota Hockey Season
Big A HG replied to Frozen4sioux's topic in Men's Hockey
Please....never. It would get filled with old east coast guys like Bob Norton (remember him from the ESPN U selection shows back in the day?) who pretend that western hockey doesn't exist. This would lead to pure misery. PWR isn't perfect, but it's the best we've got. The only computer ranking system that may have some merit beyond the Pairwise is the KRACH.
