    Someone on twitter posted that it was sold out and Sioux fans had all the tickets and could control the market and drive up the price. Wrong on so many levels.

    Agreed that it's a shockingly high number of people who never intended to go. Like I posted earlier, if things lined up better, we probably still would have gone, but getting my wife to drive 6 hrs for non-UND hockey is pushing my luck when she's put up with me thru the whole season. I was also VERY surprised at the lack of attendance at the U18. We only went for the semifinals, but with US and Canada both in action, I expected a much better turn out. I wish we lived closer to GF because there are plenty of cheap tickets the last couple yrs

    I just searched if they had one in SF, emailed them to their contact website and they emailed back right away and said they would definitely find a Big and Little to use them

    That was a big part of our plans. We likely still would have gone, but my wife left yesterday for training today in St Paul, so I would have had to go with and then leave from there tomorrow morning. I didn't really want to be gone Wednesday afternoon until Sunday for non-UND hockey and then when it started to look kind of shady on the weather, it was a no brainer. Donated my tickets to big brothers big sisters in SF
