UND has as good of a chance of beating Wisconsin than beating Washington this year.

Dan Arnold, Fargo Shanley graduate, makes the initial 53 man squad for the New Orleans Saints. There might be some moves made but as of this morning he has made the team.

I would guess MVSU is expecting a closer game than this. From an outsider’s perspective we looked pretty weak last year.

NICKEL TROPHYThe historic Nickel Trophy will be displayed out at tailgating and in game on the concourse of the Alerus Center during the first three home football games. Fans will have the opportunity to view and take pictures with the notable heirloom from North Dakota's history.

Lots of good qualities. He also missed wide open receivers multiple times when he wasn’t pressured. Overall good but don’t dismiss shortcomings either.

Excited but a little anxious for the season to start. Such a disappointment last year. The anticipation for this year is great fun. I guess that is what makes it interesting. How good are we? Will we stay healthy? Will we get a few breaks? Excited but anxious!

Tight end Dan Arnold made a couple of catches for New Orleans tonight. Dan is a high school grad out of Fargo Shanley. Connor McGovern, also a Shanley grad, is a projected Starting OL for the Denver Broncos this year. A couple of local players doing good things.
