Shooter is about as reliable as grandpa Sid. I beleive -10% of his crap and only that on a good day. Niether of them understand hockey and have nil for contacts in the hockey world. WPoS

nah, I still give up. I *TRY* hard to be a "good" visitor to this site and even on POI I only really rip on the JBSU-ers, as UND deserves some props for a good program as they can back things up. I know what you feel like already here after my first post, but I corrected my ways and tried to be an honorable guest after that. On POI we don't mind other team's fans posting, they are more than welcome, we, just like you, want some amount of respect from visitors from other teams. All in all, I still give up, I will never win any arguements here, especially on this thread. But that doesn't mean I can't try once in a while to make you guys see things from some Marron and Gold glasses perspective. WPoS

no not claiming that. I for one am confused with the amount of tallent we have why were are not doing better. It absolutly makes no sense some days! We can watch them crush a good opponent and the next minute look like a bunch of pee-wees. I am hoping for a top 4 end of season showing but it will be an uphill climb. All that aside P-Mart leaving was somewhat of a surprise.

As for the B.C. guy, I'd say that ZP is in the top 2-3 players in the nation. Not watching him every week makes it tough to call him #1 tho. Definitely a skilled player who does well regardless of the opponent he faces. So if you think the BC guy is totally out to flame your fav player, you may be going a bit "homer" on him too much. yah, they have not been a very offensive team except in the catagory of stinking up the non-scoring catagory...next time I see my neighbor I just may have to sieve him for not scoring more. Considering where they were last year...maybe it is a curse of Minn teams this year...have a good year last year and then not be able to find themselves this year. WPoS

regardless that I am a Gopher fan I think you guys will (should) finish top in the WCHA. JBSU can't ride a goalie that long and as for Bucky, well I have no idea how that is happening. But a first place finish is definitly in the cards for you IMO. Tapering off with a few more than one loss yes, but a crappola Spring (as much as I'd like to see it) just won't happen. As for the posts on top of page 2 on this thread, the Gophs have been suffering from hot/cold play. Yes we should have killed BU, but the almost "score/play when I want/feel to" seems to have permeated the team. Not scoring on the PP against BU was frustrating as heck. When the goalie is down, don't shoot at his body, upper corners! Even I know that! Vanek would have helped but making the difference can't/shouldn't come from only one player. But all that aside, I too have my Boston tickets all lined up. How nice would it be to have UND, UM, UMD and some random HE team in the FF? WPoS
