NDH, yah never really ventured around the areana last night...WAY to busy and full of people, I would have never made it back in time for puck drops, I Barely did on Friday. Nope, not my Beemer at the RR tracks, she is nice and snug in the garage for winters...that is what I have my rusty American car for. And shhhh, the fed's don't know about the still! Good game as I said earlier, UND sure can play and play with intensity. I have every faith we will see each other again before the end of the season, maybe 2x. UND sure shut down the Gophers PP last night, was amazing to watch that happen, not many teams can do that. Our end didn't get to see any goals, so it was tough last night, but I'll still take the 2pts. WPoS

what a weekend of Hockey! IMO the best I will see all season till playoffs! Forecheck said some pertinant things in another thread, both teams played hard and ended up with a split, both well deserved points. If anyone wants to agrue that go ahead, you will lose. I THOROUGHLY enjoyed this series, what a bunch of great hockey...can anymore be said? Shooting a short shot at cfm..I will be sitting in MY BMW in the third stall of my garage tomorrow (why would anyone drive a BMW in the winter in MN?!?!?) listening to the radio as I make sure the battery is up to snuff, listening to the Rouser a few times, just for you! 2 points from UND this year is good points, period! no fan is ever happy with the reffing, there were PLENTY of noncalls in both directions, so to say UND got anything but the same treatment is a pipe dream. I could name penaties NOT called on UND for every one NOT called on the Gophers. that is the case with so-so reffing, one must learn to deal with it. WPoS

yah, he can play, he is like Moss in my mind sometimes...he plays when he wants too. Big guy, can skate pretty well, decent stick handling (when he wants too), but looks lethargic EVEY year untill Feb, when he seems to wake up...He would be a good enforcer in the NHL with his size, but not giving 100%... from my seat I couldn't see what was going on (right in front of me but behind the boards), but I saw CHUNKS of ice getting tossed around...not good for ANYONE on skates! WPoS

WOW! About as late as I have ever gotten home after a Gopher game...w/o going to a bar after... 1. NorthDakotaHockey: great guy, good to meet ya, hope you stop by the tailgate, I got a few brews for ya! 2. the team that made the least boneheaded moves in the third won. STUPID, STUPID penalties. 3. BranDt: what was with the going after the Gopher after the face off?!?!? 4. BranDt: acted like he just won the NCAA at the end of the game...didn't know it meant that much to him 5. Reffing: lots of non calls in all directions, what do expect from the son of Sheppard. 6. After all the talk from a few SS.com posters I expected a bit more out of Bo, Murray and "god"...Murray didn't even get me a fantasy point tonight I think Geeze, I played him at least throw me a bone outa the loss. 7. Funny point of the night, BranDt skating off thinking UND had a PP...NOT! 8. actually met a UND fan that said good game after they won, about fell down on the snow right there!
