I agree fully. I voted Nodaks and have a hard time supporting RR. It's a name I totally dislike. I can't decide which one I will vote for next time but I know which name I WON'T vote for

All I can say is we totally sucked today. If this is Bubba Ball, we are screwed. End of rant.

I've had a chance to interact with a fair number of alums in the past few days, and it seems about 50% want Nodaks, with RR and Hawks evenly split for the balance. No everyone wants an over the top, shoot em up cowboy mascot. Go Nodaks.

Roughriders and Nodaks in a run off, and in the end Nodaks win. People will finally realize we don't need to steal a name from a local high school. Besides, Nodaks is a very cool name.

Well, I'm still voting NoDaks. I just don't like Roughriders and that's that.

I absolutely knew this would come up, and I'd bet that Bubba knows Mollberg is worse than Bartels, or he would have played him. I've never been overly impressed with Mollberg and we just have to hope Studs comes back pretty soon. Sorry, but that's how I view it.

Well, before Kelley retires, I hope he finds us some money. How can we be short $5 million? I've come to the conclusion that geaux sioux will hate any QB not named Mollberg. He's so fixated on Mollberg that he can't see anything good about anyone else. The same could probably be said about him and Ratelle. So when are we going to get news on Studrud? I don't get why the staff is being so secretive about his injury.

OK, so how long is Studs out? I've never seen how bad his injury was, many someone said and I missed it. We really should be concerned about the number is dinged up players we have already. I know, football is a tough sport, but I am once again starting to question our conditioning. We shouldn't be this nicked up half way through the season. Also, I was always in the Bartles camp but Studsrud is clearly the better QB.

Seemed like a different team than what we saw last week. I really had thought my 7-4 prediction was going to be spot on for this year, but no more. We made way too many mistakes by way too many people. I'm really disappointed in the consistency of this team. It doesn't have any.

Eleven games is the norm in FCS. There are occasional years that we get that 12th game, depending on how the calendar falls. FCS has playoffs, so we don't want to beat each other up too much, since we have a shot at 3 or 4 more games.

I'm still not convinced Studsrud is our man for the long haul. He has a long ways to go to win a big game (see NDSU), but the alternatives are worse. I lost faith in Mollberg even before the injury, and Bartels didn't get it done last year either. Might as well stick with Studs for now but it still doesn't look good in that position.
