Not sure how much they need either but how about we start with getting the 52% of ticket revenue that REA takes and give it back to the fb program to use. The info below is from a Herald article from 2018 but I don't think anything has changed. I also believe Kennedy tried to change this and it's part of what got him in trouble with the KEM. Ticket revenues between UND and RE Arena Inc. are split, with RE Arena Inc. currently receiving 52 percent the revenues while UND receives the other 48 percent, according to the agreement.

Is Zach Kraft part of the Pinky Kraft family tree?

This is true. And we had great kickers for a long, long time.

In hindsight the 53 yard fg attempt was wrong decision. At altitude it really shouldn’t have been an extreme attempt. In my experience you get about 10 more yards - so similar to 43 yds at home.

I was at the game 2 nights ago. Left my seat right after Twins batted in 4th or 5th. Quick pit stop in bathroom, reasonable line to get hot dogs, down a few sections and another reasonable line for a couple beers. I missed 9 outs. Game moves fast now.

Fennell probably the best. Stan Mikowas and Milson Jones also had great careers in cfl. Also had Doug Ploen and Jeff Jauch whose fathers were with the Bombers too.

We used to be loaded with really good Canadian players in the 70's and 80's. Some of that had to do with the Blue Bombers having CFL rights to some players in their region and helping steer them to UND. I don't know the details of how that worked. They must still be out there. Not sure where they generally go to college now.

The only disagreement I have with this post is that it would probably be a tie between you and a lot of us as to how much we dislike the Bison.

Related to that - Nigel Pack, starting PG for Miami, transferred from K St for $800k in NIL money over 2 years. Miami's women's team has Cavinder twins who transferred from Fresno State. They get $851k each. Miami has a billionaire sugar daddy that is driving a lot of this. The $$$ played a big role in all of them deciding to transfer. It's all ridiculous but if they at least had to sit a year it would slow things down.

McAndrew blowing up in the tourney. He had 28 the night I saw him in the regular season also. I'm guessing he'll go pretty high if he wants. Edit - he had 25 pts and 9 rebounds tonight in championship game.

I would guess that they have a ton of money available. For the '22-23 school year their tuition and fees totaled over $50k. Most private schools in the area cost that much or more but I have always wondered what they do with all of that money. Tuition: $48,930 Fees: $1,436

He hasn't been on here in a long time, unless I missed him.

I don't know him personally but friends that do and know athletics really speak highly of him.

Both of these sets of numbers are staggering per win and per TD. -
I believe Schwenzfeier and Holinka were the two finalists when Holinka was hired so maybe he was hired based on his abilities.

I ran in a track meet on the rubber floor in 1977 so for sure by then. not sure how much earlier it was installed

I understand why it will come down but I have a lot of great memories going to games there. As a kid I got to be a ball boy and sweep the floor for the MN District 31 basketball tourney games. In the early days there was a dirt floor with a wood floor installed for basketball and a big net around it to keep the balls from going onto the dirt. I got to sit at the end of the court inside the net and retrieve any balls that went into the net. Also saw a lot of great UND men's and women's basketball games in there with packed houses for NDSU, SDSU, etc. Not sure when this pic is from but if you look closely you can see the net in the lower corners of the picture here.

I knew Porter wasn't the most recent one to do it but it was a great to relive the memory of knocking goldy out of the NCAAs in OT with at wrap around goal.

In OT I believe

Chris Porter vs MN in NCAAs?

Found this article from Forum from last summer. I don't know how old the pictures of him are in the article but he looks much more physically mature now. He was listed at 6'9" in the program so either he is still growing or they decided to list him a little bigger. https://www.inforum.com/sports/prep/wayzatas-jackson-mcandrew-son-of-former-fargo-south-star-who-played-at-und-generating-ample-d-i-interest

I saw him play last night against Minnetonka. Very solid player with lots of range. Had 22 points and hit 4-5 threes. Would be a great get for UND.

It wouldn't hurt Kleven to start making better decisions on the ice.
