I would guess it won't sell out but I would hate to be wrong. Homecoming, while pretty full, wasn't a sellout. Even though this game is much bigger, people won't have another reason to be here. I think it will be a little less than the Augie game. And how to dual bands work? Do they take turns playing or what?

Did it sell out this year yet? I know it wasn't sold out on the Wed/Thurs after they went on sale. Compare that to selling out 4 hours after they went on sale 2 years ago. And that was with 200 more seats to sell since we have 200 upper season tickets this year. However, the students are filling up the football games better so maybe it is a tradeoff.

When I got tickets at the Alerus center for this game a month ago, I paid the adult price for kids over 12. I would give the box office a call to confirm the price. Otherwise, just take your chances I guess.

My beef is with the girl who spoke up against having guns. How does she know that there isn't a gun next door right now? Is she living in fear as we speak? And does that mean she will never move off campus for fear of living next to a gun? It is total madness.

I think he hobbled off of the field after the 4th down goal line stop. I looked like he probably reinjured his previous injury. Hopefully it heals before the UNO game, because we will need him.

It wasn't the fault of the offense, it was the play calling. They hardly ever threw the ball in the 1st half. Even the great Chappell might have trouble when the other team KNOWS your going to run the ball. For the life of me I could not understand why they didn't look deep in the 1st half becuase I am sure Dressler and the receivers would have been open. That being said, you can't argue with the results but I do feel the coaches are preferring the run over the pass.

Thats why it would be nice to tape them back like. They can't spin it when the truth is caught on tape although they would probably spin us taping them to mean we didn't trust them or some trash ike that. I am just afraid that the people who don't read this board won't leave them alone.

I usually disagree with everything you say but this post is totally true. Both of those views are prevelant and both reflect badly on UND. And no matter how much some Sioux fans will try to make this a pissing match about ndsu, we need to focus on our own problems and stop freaking out whenever a bison fan comes on this board (gabe excluded).

Personally I don't see a difference between D2 basketball and NAIA. Unless it is D1, it aint good. Note: This does not apply to football, in which D2 football is still good, although it is losing its luster as time goes on.

I assume you mean Kansas? If so, the reason was Jeff Boschee. The Kansas coach had a thing where he tried to schedule a game against a regional team from each players hometowns. He considered The Goofs and then UND for Boschee. I believe Boschee wanted UND but its been a while and my mind is a little fuzzy on the details. While certain circumstances may occure that would bring a team here once in a blue moon, no major programs will come here regularly for a period much longer than you think, if ever. Even a mid-major is doubtful in 10 years. IA teams just don't travel to IAA and that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Do you really think that UND can just wave a magic wand and all off a sudden big name schools will flock to lttle old ND? The reality is most fans knew we would still be playing schools like Valley City, at least in the transition period. NDSU has already got K-State to come up and I expect to see a better schedule after a conference is found. Face it, as an independent, life is tough going.

No where in this post do you prove anything. Do you expect "The Sicatoka" to be receiving real time updates of the situation? If he was, then there are more problems than we think in the Athletic department. If a reasonable person heard info even on the 19th that contract negotiations were underway, a post on the 20th stating this info can not possibly be expected to take into account real time events that are currently breaking. Furthermore, even if Hak decided before the 20th to call off negotiaiton, until he notifies Bunning, they are ongoing. Hell, depending when the President stepped in, there might not have been any break in the the negotiatons. You really are grasping at straws here.
