I think you coined the term "The Goofer Collective" on here one day. Good stuff, I stole that and continue to use it in everyday life.

It would be non-conference, so no way will there be two games in a season. As Bincity stated, I would hope there would be a return trip to GF and alternate every other season after that. I can't think of one instance throughout the country where two b-ball games are scheduled in one season with traditional non-conference rivals.

Maybe they can pool the incremental profit together as a bail fund for that roster full of no-good-niks and ne'er-do-wells in Fargo.

They extended the FCS Championship game into January, so I think there will still be 12 game seasons.

How about this. No annual game, no Nickel Trophy on the line.

Anything beats 200 people in the lower bowl, which they are drawing in Atlanta today. I might be exaggerating a bit, but you get my drift.

I love college hockey, but it's a niche sport with no more of a following than FCS football or NCAA baseball. Savvis Center in St.Louis was a morgue when we went, bought up nosebleeds for $10 and moved down to center ice lower bowl with no problem. And although they have a screw loose, NDSU football fans travel very well also.
