Love how when UND was invited to a western conference (that rejected their team) the trolls talked about how expensive travel would be, not a good fit geographically, hurt regional recruiting, etc. Now they are faced with a conference that is crumbling around them and starting to look west and seem to have none of these issues.

Why is it that the trolls feel that when teams buy out FU it's because they are afraid of them but when teams choose not to schedule UND (basically the same thing) it's UND's fault. Perhaps FUs arrogance, athlete criminal issues and fan reputation are catching up to them?

Yah I stopped reading at "charged with second-degree robbery and fraudulent use of a credit card." It depends on where you are on the depth chart if these are offenses that would get you kicked off down south.

Sorry what I meant to say was "a nice midwestern town" I lived there 11 years and really hated to leave. You wouldn't believe how often I have to defend North Dakota and its cities as nice midwestern towns.

No wonder he didn't want half the team kicked off early in the season - that's gonna hurt ticket sales.

It's a private Catholic university with lots of supporters - it's probably a great job when you are ready to slow down - if you've never lived in Bismarck it's easy to diss it, but it's not a nice midwestern town.

I hope they let the court system play this out and that no one starts hating on them. No drugs or violence involved here so if they need a place to play I know a team that would take them in a heartbeat.

Yup - there is a big difference in the thinking pattern of UND supporters and fanatics. Supporters trust the administration, support the programs through thick and thin and look for the positives. Fanatics shoot from the hip, think they have the answers (and that they call the shots) and are negative (hiding under the guise of "I just have high expectations"). If we win the last game of the season last year we finish 500 in Big Sky and with a winning record in our first year out of transition. I was disappointed in how the season ended but I enjoyed the season.

One of the biggest days of the year for college football fans and trolls are spending time on other teams fan boards trying valiantly but vainly to right every wrong - sad.

Arrest warrants, posting on other schools fan boards, presidents leaving in disgrace, private airplane expenses, tractors....

You just don't get it - those comments are designed to keep busy the numerous bison trolls, whose sole purpose is to monitor every comment and remind us of how much better they think su is. UND is and will continue to be the Flagship school of North Dakota - you're not going to change that. Unfortunately it appears we also aren't going to change the perpetual inferiority complext that requires your constant presence here.

What Poindexter doesn't understand is that even the on campus students take online classes. It's how universities can provide more classes to more students without having to add classes or have stadium sized lecture halls.

Same reason for both - they don't like losing to us.

So what they are saying is Prairie View, St. Francis and whatever next years last minute choice is are at their level. Next we will start hearing that they reason they can't fill their schedule is everyone is afraid to play them. Our schedule is full and fine - the best Division 1 football schedule in the state, leave it alone. It's the media that is stirring this up.

Your ongoing presence here and other non-wanted bison trolls, day in and day out, doesn't support what you are trying to convince us of. You have numerous times stated you hate UND, you have numerous times stated you won't go away no matter what is said about you. Get some friends, get a life, go away (damn that is probably what keeps you here because you obviously have no common sense and this site pretty much takes up all your free time...sad.)

Don't forget the chant about UND at their post game celebration.

Remind us of how tthe UND football player was dealt with - did the AD go public saying "there are a lot of haters out there" "We'll let the legal process play out". Did he ever set foot on the field again as a player? When was the last time there were 10 players on a UND team that had run ins with the law in the same year. Haven't seen any police pulling UND players out of any bleachers ever.
