  1. I still say a win is worth 3. Ties is worth 1. If neither team can win you have left a point on the table. It will make OT more interesting. Teams will push for the win vs hoping for the win and living with a tie.
  2. Can't believe they are even reviewing that.
  3. I say if no winner it's a lost point. Make worth something. Ties make you feel like something has been left on the table. It should hurt if you don't win. You get 1 pt or 3 pts.
  4. Olive Garden is way overrated, overpriced, and really not that good. Easier, Cheaper, and better to make your own.
  5. Should bee tripping on UND as well as the goal.
  6. Agreed, but it is really embellishment vs. a dive, Need to have a penalty to call embellishment. A dive with out a penalty infraction is just someone falling to the ice.
  7. Why did UND call a timeout. Way to give them time for a TD.
  8. Yes, I think it would bring back the nostalgia of the days when they played. When I look back at all the photo's at the Ralph and see the history, I can feel that emotion rolling over me as I recall those days. It may not mean much to the newer fans, but for those that have been watching for the last 50 years, there is definitely some emotion there.
  9. Would be nice if they could wear the logo from when they played.
  10. The biggest reason the old final 5 format was successful is 9 of the 12 schools were within a 6 hr drive to the cites. So worse case any year is you had half the schools that close save AA. DU, OR CC. ( Fans could drive down if they chose and didn't need a flight. The loss if UM, UW, MT, MSUM, BSU took out those fan bases. Now half the schools need to fly. The only way to get back to a full house is on campus.
  11. The difference I saw this weekend was with our defenseman. They didn't activate nearly as much in the offensive zone and wind up below the goal line or try to make a 50/50 pinch. Instead they backed out to play D. Limiting the outnumbered opportunities the other way. Our forwards this year don't seem to be reliable enough to cover for activating Dmen. Since our forwards are unreliable and only a few can seem to play as a defenseman, our Dmen need to stay home. As it has always been said, D wins championships. We need to play defense first. However when we do that, we don't seem to score as much. Which makes it difficult. Also, our guys need to play as a team. We have some great players, but I haven't seen a player that can put a team on his back to score that goal. Gaber is good, bu needs to use his team. He tries to do 1v3 or 1v4 too often.
  12. From rhe Herald. "It's tough," UND coach Brad Berry said. "I'm telling you, it's tough. We haven't been in this for a few years on this side of it. It's a situation where, right now, the standard has to be higher of being more accountable and giving more. By giving more, it doesn't mean playing outside your role. It's just doing your job. I think some guys are, and I think some guys aren't. It seems like it's the same guys that are doing it and the same guys that are not. Until we get everybody doing it, doing their job, that's the result you're probably going to get." If they aren't doing it, why are they in the line up. May be to late to send a message. But if you only need to dress 15 players then so be it.
  13. Gaber needs a new move. Not hard to defend when they know what's coming.
  14. We could really use Adam Gajan. Man had he put on a show.
  15. Anyone else having a sync issue with picture and sound on midco.
