If he couldn't star at Kansas, I wouldn't rely on him being a star at the FCS level. Kansas may be a 500 team in the MVFC.

Hakstol won't ever be bought by another D-1 hockey program because he can't win a National title at what should be the easiest place to win one. If he can't win at UND, why would another program want him? Hopefully UND hockey will still be an elite program after Hakstol is done with it.

You appear to have an awful lot of blind faith in Bubba. He hasn't proven much over the last 10 years and he has no track record of success at the FCS level. I know you think UND and Grand Forks is an easy place to recruit to when recruiting Twin City or Wisconsin kids, but I think you may be mistaken. I heard Jaxson Brown on the radio the other day and he said the size and amount of things to do in Fargo surprised him and was a factor in his decision. That is an advantage that NDSU has over the other D1 schools in the Dakotas..

I'm sorry, I must have missed that. When was the last time UND sold out all of their home games? Was it in their National championship year? I don't think so, but maybe I's wrong. Did they sell out in a couple of hours? I don't think so. UND football has NEVER been as hot a ticket as NDSU football is now. By the way, UND home football games are on only because it is in their contract with MIDCO that they have to be if they want to show UND hockey. You don't see any station going out of their way to show any away games.

Why would NDSU go to Grand Forks to play a football game? Every game is on TV, every home game is sold out the day they go on sale (within an hour or two), and National sports networks want their games on TV. FS1 is televising the Iowa State game and ESPN wanted to televise a game at the Dome in August. Life is good at NDSU's football offices. Why spread that wealth and attention to your "biggest rival" when you don't have to? By the way, UNI is NDSU's biggest rival in football, and I don't see that changing with or without the UND game.

Didn't you have 8 home games last year. By the time games 5-8 rolled around, no one was interested. Maybe 4 is a better number UND home games.

The fact that only 2 schools in the BSC qualify attendance wise for FBS doesn't stop SiouxVolley from preaching about the whole conference going FBS, so why should he need facts for any of your other points. Maybe UND should play NDSU in Fargo every year and maybe GT will allow UND to count them as "home games" go they can boost their attendance numbers.

No we aren't Alabama or Notre Dame. But we are the Alabama of the FCS. Do you see Alabama agreeing to home and home's with Idaho or Ball State? No they don't. So why should NDSU be pressured into scheduling a h/h with UND?

Actually Hardee's last incident was at the end of 2013. His original DUI was from a year earlier, from which he apparently still had a suspended license. The earlier one was the one BF was working at covering up. The one at the end of 2013 was kind of hard to hide when you had Portland Police involved and players in the van that had called very concerned parents.

One of North Dakota's most successful businessman started and grew his business right here in North Dakota with home grown talent, many of whom were NDSU graduates. That businessman is Doug Burgum, also an NDSU grad. NDSU is a top 100 National Research University, an accomplishment UND has never achieved. UND and NDSU are both very good universities. I have never said UND wasn't a good school, however many UND supporters can't admit to NDSU's strengths.

Get over yourself. That !@#!$ diploma is worth more that a UND diploma. Plus, they didn't have to spend 4-5 years of their lives in Grand Forks to get it.
