We banked on Troy Williamson being able to replace Moss and we were wrong on that. Shouldn't have let Moss go. He's going to be in the difference in NE.

If a bunch of rich alumni want to give UND hundreds of millions, that's great for the state of ND. There's nothing NDSU can do about it other than do our best to compete and beat them.

I don't quite understand the perceived need to expand the Alerus. There are no minimum seating requirements for FCS. It seats 13k? And 5k came for the playoff game last season?

Why do you need a new basketball arena? I pretty much see the Ralph being home to UND hockey and basketball, with the Betty being the bball practice gym and hosting some women's games and volleyball.

NDSU golf teams practice at private courses in Fargo, I believe. I'm sure you could work some deal out with them. If you decide to keep golf, that is.

Depaul recently got the tray system for their on campus athletic field. It allows them to convert it from a soccer field to a softball field by simply swapping trays. Imagine the possibilities. You could have softball and baseball sharing the same stadium.

We've had Thurs. games to avoid memorial day, but I don't see it for the week before.
