My opinion is correct.
-
We're doing that right now. 6 years is more than enough time away from the rivalry.
-
Well put!
-
Incorrect again. There is no possible way you can spin it. It's impossible for NDSU to ever make a single cent, directly or indirectly, from playing at UND. You're just a bandwagon fan.
-
I don't know anything else I can tell you. This is simply false. NDSU has never and will never receive a single cent from any event held at the Alerus.
-
Why is it so hard for me to accept a concept that is obviously wrong? I guess it just is. It's hard for me to accept that 1+1=3. It's simply not true. Need is a strong word. I don't think UND or NDSU need each other. Just like a person doesn't need to eat sweets. It just makes life worth living.
-
And therefore NDSU gets money from a football game against UND at the Alerus? Simply, no. Not even close. NDSU will never see a single cent from any event at the Alerus center.
-
Neither of us will disappointed because you want the UND game as much as anyone. No need to lie about it.
-
Nope. 1 game will be FBS, 1 will be UND, and the 3rd will be another FCS.
-
I doubt he has ever said this. And if he did, it was only for the non playoff eligible seasons. He only wants 1 FBS game per season for 08 and beyond.
-
The only reason CMU has done anything is because of Brian Kelly. IE, the genius who was the reason for GVSU winning back to back DII national titles in 02 and 03 (not to mention losing to UND in the national title game in 01). Without them, they're just another Ball State. But a solid opponent and a nice payday for NDSU, nonetheless. NDSU is not playoff eligible for 07. We could've scheduled 7 FBS teams if we wanted to. For 2008 and beyond, NDSU only wants 1 FBS team max.
-
How does buying a ticket to attend an event at the Alerus Center put money into NDSU's pockets?
-
If you stay home when NDSU comes back to the Alerus center, assuming you have the ability to make it to the game, you're not a UND fan.
-
Utter horses*** and you know it. You'll be there.
-
Like I said, we'll see about it. My money is against you 100%. You'll be there.
-
And that's supposed to translate into: "50% of all NDSU fans are against the game"?!?!?! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only people who would actually send an email to the AD are psycho fans and of course they're all against the game. Hell, the fact that 50 percent of THOSE even are for the game means that probably 85% or more of all NDSU fans are for it.
-
Put your money where your mouth is.
-
BS he did not say that. Link it.
-
Liar.
-
He's never said any such thing. I believe he said that he had emails from some NDSU fans that didn't want to play UND. Maybe even 50 fans. But 50% no. You wish, as part of your fakeness. In 2009, of course, you'll be at the games.
-
Your guise is a complete fake. After NDSU fans started saying that they didn't want to play UND ever again, you felt hurt and needed to get back at them. So in a childish copycat routine, you decided to claim the same. It's all garbage and in 2009 you'll be at the first NDSU/UND game in 6 years cheering the Sioux on.
-
I'm sure Florida State could make way more money than traveling to Florida too. It's simply the fair way to do it. Each schools gets a chance to have the rivalry as a home game every other year. Home and home (and probably an extended contract, say 10 years) is the only way it will be done.
-
No such people actually exist. When UND decided not to play NDSU, a lot of NDSU fans were very hurt. That pain turned to anger which then manifested itself as those fans pretending that they never want to play UND again. In turn, some UND fans matched that with a similar "we should never play them again" guise to get back at the NDSU fans saying that. It's all one big s*it smelling stink circle. Once 2009 comes around we can finally flush all that BS down the tubes. All those pretenders will, of course, be first in line for tickets to the games and things will go right back to where they were in 2003 and before, as it should be.
-
We make 200k on a sold out Fargodome. Probably more for a UND game because we can sell tickets higher. Probably more like 300k for that game.
-
They don't have this desire. They only desire to have 1 FBS game, and not necessarily against a BCS team (though that is ideal). 2 FBS games is 1 too many for a playoff FCS team. And a sold old FD for the UND game will generate more money than a non BCS FBS team would give us. We made 200k on the SDSU game. Only 150 from Ball State.
