Thanks for your thoughts. I was just curious, as I followed hockey all through high school ('79 grad) and past that time when my brother played ('85 grad). He played under Jeff Lindquist (sp) and his senior year was the first time they had gone to state in awhile. They beat Fargo Sough in a play in game, and boy was Jim Adelson PI**ED!! It was obvious that night on the sports. He always had it in for DL teams anyway.

This is a huge game for the Sioux. With it being about 900 miles away, making the trip difficult for many people, there really isn't any excuse for WDAZ not to have a crew there.

Care to elaborate on that? Just curious what your thought process is there. Seems you have a problem with Al. What did you think about the other coach(s) that were there when Al wasnt?

My daughter has Jake Brandts goalie stick signed by the 2004-05 team and coaches. It was his gift to her when she brought him to 2nd grade show and tell. She shows it to everyone, but hides it so her brother wont play with it.

My son just called from Omaha. He and a buddy (Dakota Dan) drove there last night after the hockey game. Doug said the UND tailgaiters outnumber the UNO tailgaiters by about 20 to 1. GO FIGHTING SIOUX !!! YOU'RE DUE FOR THIS WIN !!

My husband recently made a goal to go to a game in every WCHA arena. So far he has only been to The Ralph, CC, and the DECC (I have been to Wisc, also). After this weekend, we will have been to Alaska, too. So, St. Cloud is on our list for this year, too. Hope we make it.
