My kids all got Commodore bobbleheads and a tree ornament. My 6 year old got new hockey gloves and a bunch of Sioux stuff from his Aunt. The other kids got Sioux stuff, too. I got a Devils Lake SATANS bobblehead! Gotta love that, too!

You have got to be kidding. You honestly think that what he did was not to be cocky and a show-off? What do you think his reason was? Is he God's gift to hockey, so he thinks that everyone must want an autographed puck from him? Sit his ass on the bench for a game and see how much everyone misses him.

I may be wrong, but wouldn't that get him in trouble for sure? I'd be talking to him about his actions if I were his coach...or parents. Like Wilbur, I think that puck signing should have been a penalty.

Yes! Went there often as a kid. Family camping trips. Oh...those were the days.

I also sit next to 2 very nice Wisconsin fans at the Final Five. I dont know where the big guy we sat next to the 1st year is. We moved to the lower bowl after that year.

The first Final Five I went to, I was sitting next to a HUGE (size) Gopher fan. Was a little intimidated, but soon found out that he was very nice. We compared notes about each others players and had a good time for the 4 games. Now, his buddies next to him were a different story. This big guy next to me was the one who jumped on the obnoxius guy who yelled at the little boy in front of us. (I mentioned that in a couple posts ago). He appologized to me for the other guys behavior. Very nice.

Guess I should use a different smiley. I wasn't patting myself on the back. And, the recruits who will fill Hunter's spot can be read about in another thread, not here.

I will re-phrase. Not all fans, but I have come across a few that sit at the top of the list. One that comes to mind is a guy that yelled at a 4 year old kid for holding up a sign (size of a sheet of paper). You want to see a little kid sink back into a seat in a hurry? That was a pathetic show of sportsmanship and he was a peice of $&!# for doing that to a little kid. OK, I can't type fast enough to go on, besides, I hate to go to bed mad. Oh... I must mention the M-I-N-N-E-S-O-T-A thing. NOW THATS ANNOYING. Remember, I don't mean all fans.

Didn't I say he was going back to Vernon in the 1st post? Sorry, the only link I had was the cell phone call I had with his parents. Anyway, Hunter made a very difficult decision, but he will be successful with his new (old) adventure.

From my experiences it doesn't take a HC jersey to annoy some Gopher fans. Or maybe I mean to make some Gopher fans annoying. My last trip to the Final Five confirms that.

I have one of the HC jerseys. If I were going to the games in January, I'd wear it. I cant go, so if anyone out there would like to wear mine, PM me.
