Without looking through threads... What is the deal with parking at the Alerus this year for football? I thought I read there is a $5 charge to park, but is that for everyone, even those with parking permits, or just for general parking. I appologize if this has been covered somewhere already.

Holy Crappie! Thats a lot of fish. When we go to the lake they are always shore fishing on the Woods/Rutten road. I wonder how many white bass they take out of Devils Lake each trip.

Follow your nose. The smell of petunias will guide you there. Roseau has them too, just keep going! Otherwise...north on interstate. east at Drayton. Hang a left in Greenbush and stay to your right at Badger. Then the petunias will get you there.

People in line at stores that don't know how to use the credit/debit card swiper. Then they complain about technology. If you don't like technology...use cash!

The baseball game is on as scheduled. They had a report from Twins President Dave St. Peter, who said they didnt want to cancel and send all that traffic back out on the roads, and possibly hamper the efforts of the emergency vehicles and workers. There is bad weather approaching the twin cities as well.

CNN also has live coverage. Everyone say an extra prayer tonight for those that are involved in this horrible accicent. I hope all of our SiouxSports members from the cities are all OK.

Airline baggage check in Portland, OR. One of the guys working yelled "Who has the red bag with the UND Frozen Four tag?" I told him it was me, and he called me a name , then said he was jealous that he didn't get to go. Turns out, he was born and raised in Crookston and went to school at UND.

Having to reset all the digital clocks, stove, microwave, etc after a power outage. So far, I have found 8 things to reset in this house.

Just got back tonight from a week at Arnesens Rocky Point on Lake of the Woods. What a wonderful week. Fishing, as usual, was great.
